    Item failed to arrive due to problem at EVRI. Advised seller who immediately sent a replacement which arrived via Post Office delivery very quickly. The original item then arrived 9 days after original EVRI delivery date. I offered to pay for both items but seller happy for me not to. Great ebayer

    Very happy with whole experience. The trays are gorgeous (I’d spied them at Chatsworth cafe and tracked them down), the price was very reasonable and the p&p was swift and super professional. A credit to eBay, thank you⭐️
