  Item is just as described. They answered my questions to the best of their ability making my purchase easier. It showed up sooner than expected. The box it came in was amazing. The laptop was in great condition. I installed the hard drive from my laptop that I accidentally destroyed & the new one booted right up, hard drive went to work and everything runs great.   The actual package was sent in the mail with poor cushioning. It should have been placed in a larger box with bubble wrap or other cushioning type material. One of the top leads was bent during USPS transit. Item as described. Fast delivery.
