  Item was as advertised & arrived well packaged. As many other reviewers stated, it took a week to get tracking information, then 6 more days before the shipping company (DHL, in this case) received the item, and then just one day to be delivered. The listing estimated delivery between 3-8 days; it took 14. No correspondence in the meantime. I'd checked the seller's feedback before ordering, however, so I expected it. If you can wait a couple weeks to receive your order, this seller is fine.

  Absolutely perfect! Seller was communicative and very kind. They tried hard to get this shipped in time for it to arrive before Christmas and it did! I couldn't be more grateful for their efforts! I couldn't find this item anywhere and have it arrive before Christmas so finding this seller and their efforts made to get it to me in time is so unbelievably awesome and I appreciate them so so much! CD arrived exactly as described and packaged well! I would absolutely purchase from this seller again

  New item as described and good price. Took longer than expected delivery, no communication from seller on the delay. Still waiting on 4 items purchased on same day that got tracking number 13 days after purchase, the day I received this item.

  Took about 8 business days to ship, then the disappointment, it wasn't an NTSC VHS tape manufactured in the US like they advertised, it was a PAL tape made in Europe instead. Therefore it was unplayable in a north american VCR. So I asked for a refund and they answered quickly. I returned the item to them (they reimbursed me for the shipping) and then I got a refund the same day the VHS was back in their warehouse, so overall I'm happy with how it went. Great customer service.

  If you are looking to get an item within a specific timeframe, I don’t recommend this seller. It almost took a month to get my item. I wasn’t in a huge rush, so it was ok. I got it, and it worked. If you are not in a rush, this is a very good seller. The price of the item was reasonable. They are fairly timely with their communication. It arrived in good condition, and was exactly what I expected. I am happy to have the complete series in my collection.

  Item as described. Good packaging. Others have left feedback about long delivery times and my purchase was no exception - three weeks. So if you’re not in a hurry, this seller is just fine.
