    The item was described perfectly. The shipping time was absolutely atrocious. The customer service, I believe, is just Ai or something. They will not read your messages and just send template messages about how they are sorry the shipping time is horrendous. It's such a problem that you could message them anything unrelated to the order and you'll get some prerecorded message. Order for the price and the product, then be prepared to wait 2 months with no communication that's real.

    The seller sent me a brand new sealed box set making this purchase and excellent value. The seller could use a little more information in his descriptions but communication were favorable so I took a chance and won with this seller. The box set arrived on time and in pristine condition. Each CD is enclosed in high quality paper holder with the original album artwork on both sides however, the holder is made of a rather stiff material and I will let you know if it scratches the CD's from use.

    There was an issue with shipping & availability of this item. It was described as having been shipped with another item, but wasn’t in the package. When I inquired about it; this item was promptly refunded & I was quickly informed. Awesome communication & customer service!!!!!!!!!!!

    Spoke to Michael bc I didn't see a tracking after 4 days of purchase. Micheal immediately reached back and within a couple of days I received it brand new perfect packaging. Quality excellent value amazing carefully packed arrived in exceptional condition. Appearance brand new. So cheers to you Michael exceptional customer service!

    Very nice brand new Seal & Crofts Original Album Series CD 5 CD set. As described. Great price. The item was shipped out fast and was packaged in a sturdy vinyl bubble envelope and arrived in excellent new condition. The seller's communication was excellent. I highly recommend this seller!
