    Seller mailed the item with postal tracking. Item was lost in the post. Seller was very communicative and once we determined the item was lost by the post office, seller immediately issued a refund. Unfortunate situation but Seller was really great to work with!

    Came in exactly as described, played with condition but the dolls looked pretty good regardless. Had a few extra accessories that helped me complete another doll I had. Packaged very securely and shipped fast! A great price for what I got. Thank you!
