    Seller mailed the item with postal tracking. Item was lost in the post. Seller was very communicative and once we determined the item was lost by the post office, seller immediately issued a refund. Unfortunate situation but Seller was really great to work with!

    The clock was a great value and was exactly how it was described in the listing. It was shipped from California and came in a timely manner. The packaging was amazing. Everything was protected, and there was not a scratch on it.
