but if the part is damaged due to the transactions you have made out of the service without an invoice, we cannot make a change in this case.

    Seller was great as the Item was as well priced,as described and posted on time (sent tracked 48) its just a shame the royal mail decided to let the seller down by not scanning the package so it could be tracked nor did they deliver it within their own 48hr delivery time. The sump plug should have arrived thursday/Friday but it didn't arrive until the following Monday which unfortunately was after the service on the car had to be done. Never mind,at-least I'll have it for next time lol.

    Original arrived damaged, contacted seller and had a response in less than 24 hours. Within 48 hours replacement arrived and resolved quickly. Great seller, great communication!

    Incompent delivery company. Not received even though sat in house waiting for 2hrs after notification of delivery window. . Not booking redelivery when can't even go to right house. Have camera footage to prove... Not happy. Wasted my time. Not here as customer to chase incompetent delivery firms. Refund. Maybe change courier as it looks like they can't use a sat nav.. Basic tool.

    I bought some 4 way stretch carpet and one glue in a package for a project in my camper, at first I was disappointed as although it came on time the glue was missing, but I contacted seller and he than sent me what I asked for so all in all I'm very happy with the service. Thank you. 😊
