    I couldn’t recommend this seller any higher. Very communicative. I was able to get this order shipped to an address in France and they messaged to ensure I was there during the time I specified before shipping. The item was very well packaged and arrived in perfect condition! Very happy :)

    The shipping and packaging were fine. The product was not in good condition. There are definite signs of damage on it, which are not as visible in the picture. I would have gotten an original new one for a little more money, or a remanufactured one for less money. I thought this product would be nicer. Never mind.

    There was a delay of a few days getting this item shipped. But once it shipped, for international shipping to the US, the item arrived ahead of schedule. However, the item did not arrive as described, as shown in the images. It was missing the return spring. Not a huge deal but it’s the reason for 4 stars. Nevertheless, I would buy from this seller again.
