    Great communication - quick responses. Be cognizant of the shipping. It took over a month to get to me (USA) from seller (Poland). Not sure how much of that was on them or the postal service. Item arrived past its long estimated arrival timeframe. Item did come well packaged and in new condition (as advertised)

    Shipping was a little over 3 weeks, international to the US. Not sure if that is good or bad? Tracking was very good. Item was packed with care and made it here in good shape. Item is really nice, great colors, nicely printed. The umbrella seems to be a pretty good quality. Communication was great with the seller. I would buy from this dealer again if shipping time is not an issue.

    Seller recognized that the product was damaged. Informed me that they were ordering a replacement from the manufacturer and not sending me the damaged product. Good job catching that. Worth the extra wait to get the product correct the first time.
