The company first sent a missing frame, then admitted my truck model is only 5% of their sales, so they’d ship a new one. Customer service is overseas, so responses were slow but polite. The U.S. warehouse had shipping issues, causing weeks of delays. It took a month, but they fixed it. Great stereo, just expect long wait times.

Unfortunately, the unit was fitted and sadly was unresponsive to some of its functions. The seller went above and beyond to try and sort out the issues, but sadly it was a hardware fault, not software. Meaning I was unable to use the unit and sadly. I offered to return it but The seller simply refunded me in full. Very "good" company to deal with and I'm sure this was just a one off incident. So buy with confidence.

They checked that the product was the right one for my vehicle before they dispatched it. The product arrived in very good time and was well packaged and came complete with all of the fittings and instructions. I haven't had chance to fit it yet, a job for the weekend methinks.
