  Unfortunately the item was damaged in the box on arrival, however the communication from the seller was excellent, a refund was given to cover the cost of repair as a replacement was not available. These things happen sometimes, the seller responded quickly and politely and offered the best available solution. Entirely happy with the seller and their actions and responsibilities.

  The pads were brand new, but the box had been opened for some time and 2 of the bolts were missing, the quality is reasonable. It was dispatched quickly. The pads are just like the listing, and represents good value for money. Highly recommended seller.
