  It was brand new and packaged very well in a box. It looks like a very good quality part. The box says it is a OEM part. It was very good value. The shipping time was a little slow. I was suppose to receive the item by Monday March 3rd and did not get it until Friday March 7th.

  I rated shipping a 1 it was a nightmare. Not the sellers fought! Someone on the USPS messed up. Took over 2 weeks to get the package. Sellers part was as described and fit with no problem. Will buy from them again if they have what I need.
