  I had a great experience buying motorcycle parts from this eBay seller. The item arrived exactly as described—genuine quality, well-packaged, and in perfect condition. Communication was fast and professional, and they were very helpful in answering a couple of technical questions I had before placing the order. Shipping was surprisingly quick, and everything was securely packed to avoid any damage. You can tell they care about both the products and the customers.

  Such an amazing deal, plus very fast shipping. One of the last things I ordered but it was the first thing that came in, very impressive. One of the only sellers offering free shipping on these hardware lots while everyone else wants $22.50 just for shipping. I was able to get all this hardware for the same price as an OEM rubber tank pad when I get one of those plus all this other hardware. Packaging for shipping was acceptable and protective.   Received item in a box well packaged and well protected from shipping A+ there. When received plugged in fan did not work, contacted the company. They asked a few questions and was told by the company that they would return my money because of the faulty item A+ .The only problem that I had was that I was out of my $43.00 dollars from Canada post that I had to pay taxes and handling charges on top of eBay price that I have to pay and not sellers fault . Not sure if I will use eBay again..

  Item as described. Quick Shipping and these guys are responsive and quick to answer questions. They are a saved seller and I've purchased various used items for my K1200S. I didn't actually need this part this time but for the price and knowing I will need it at some point, no big deal. These guys didn't get these stats from selling junk! Highly recommend.
