  (Ordered for Royal Enfield GT 650) Received pair of bar-end mirrors in well-packaged box. Package arrived quickly. Mirrors were unusable: Both L and R had mounting issues, (poor threads etc). Contacted "Motor Accessories" who requested photos of problems and replaced both mirrors. Contact was polite and ready to solve issues. New mirrors arrived quickly and mounted with no difficulties at all. Very happy with the mirrors and service. Would buy from here again.

  This could easily be negative because they sent the wrong thing (two right hand indicators instead of a pair) but they were delivered quickly considering from India, they were of decent quality and the price was right. Unfortnately they went into messing about mode asking for photos on two occasions instead of dealing with replacement or refund/return straight away and I lost patience with them but to be fair, the price was refunded. and it would be unfair to knock them too much.

  Before buying, I asked how long delivery would take, and the seller told me 10–15 days. That’s the only reason I decided to place the order. After more than 20 days, the package was still stuck in Singapore, and the seller never replied to any of my messages asking for an update or a solution. Very poor communication. I would not buy from this seller again.

  Fast delivery. Original windscreen, new, well packed in a box from RE. No assembly instructions, many parts. I am satisfied. I recommend the seller.
