  I received an item that was damaged and asked for a replacement. I asked for a new one and was offered a partial refund. They wasted my time with multiple messages. I had to open a return request with Ebay before they finally issued a refund. I ordered from a different seller.

  Merchandise almost as described. Photos were accurate, however. Fast shipping. FedEx was terrible with transportation. Good packaging. Overall, a good experience.

  Nothing to do with the seller but the shipping company that delivered it clearly opened up the box to look inside of it, left the flaps wide open on the box. Content was not stolen but clearly was opened before delivery

  Parts arrived 10 days after order. The box was torn up, but everything appeared to be there and not broken. We have installed one wheel and hope it lasts. If not, there are two more just like it. Keeping fingers crossed.
