  Long-time eBay buyer here. I do thorough research before purchasing. Despite a few negatives, this seller had mostly great reviews, and I now see why. The item arrived from Japan to Canada in just a week, well-packaged and as described. I expected the duty fee, no issue there. Communication was clear despite the language difference. Overall, very satisfied. The seller was trustworthy, responsive, and careful. Highly recommend!

  Shipping was expedient. Carefully packaged. Item as described, new in sealed original packaging. Figure and accessories are in mint condition. The figure was released exclusively in Japan in November of 2022 and Takara Tomy doesn’t do reissues with this Diaclone Reboot line, so I found their price to be of fair value. I highly recommend this seller.

  The easiest way to explain the sellers packaging is: exceptional. The product did come as new as indicated, but did not come in the cardboard that the Metal Robot Spirits come in. This seller is about the only one that could collaborate a solution for that. So after removing all the bubblewrap, I finally got to the package... a package wrapped in a beautiful clear plastic that meets the quality of factory-new. And the finishing touch? A written note that has my name written on it!!!!

  Item came packaged securely and in amazing condition. The box had no rips or tears and was coated in bubble wrap. The seller was easy to communicate with and had speedy replies. I would definitely recommend this seller to anyone who enjoys collecting figures and other items as a hobby/job. A+++++++

  At first, seller is responsive but seller keep quite when I asked about item shipment. Item received is as per description and quality is as per description as well. It is just that, hopefully, seller would share if there is any issue on their behalf regarding shipment as my item was shipped more than a month after I have made payment.

  AMAZING! Order placed on Dec 20th and the item reached me on the 31st. I wouldn't have expected it until mid-January at least! Excellent service. The figure is absolutely gorgeous - exactly as described and perfect condition, and also fantastic value for money compared to other sellers offering the same item. Very securely packed too, my order was kept very safe in transit. Absolutely would buy again and recommend this seller to others. I love my purchase and am very happy with it - thank you!
