    Arrived exactly on time as stated, well packaged and exactly what I ordered.Was very impressed with service as only took 5 days from order to delivery from Germany yet something from England has taken 5 days and still waiting.

    Don’t buy from this seller, I bought an item for £91 ( Headlight grill) that I NEVER received…, despite all my complain emails for 2 months now I just been ignored and sent back to UPS instead of them chasing it where my item is.., STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER.

    Really good quality product delivered quickly and with good communication and tracking Be aware 20%vat will be added and I had to pay about £20 import duty, still a good price but not a bargain

    No communication or order confirmation for 3 weeks after purchase, then get an email saying they can't deliver for another 2-3 weeks! I did get a full refund after a few days. Also, anything over £135 will be subject to Customs charges & if you need to send anything back, you have to fill in all the customs forms too as it has to go back to Germany. My advice - avoid.

    Item came with chips and scratches, I wanted to return it but to do so I would have to pay the £48 import tax again on the replacement 🤯 I got a quote to have the item repainted £45 and was offered just £15 refund or return the item lossing the import tax, comms were also not the best 2-3 days for a reply, I definitely won't use this seller again
