    I never received the ring. But it is NOT the seller's fault. I didn't know I needed to be home to sign for the ring. The post office said they tried to deliver it when I wasn't home. I tried many times to set up a redelivery using the form they left, but the number "wasn't valid." I went to 2 different post offices and they said it wasn't trackable. The post office lost the ring, but the seller kindly offered a partial refund. I appreciate the seller's customer service!

    I am so happy with my engraved brass ring! It is beautiful & fits perfectly (as listing described). Shop owners were lovely when I reached out to them, & while you may need to be a bit patient w/ shipping, it is well worth the wait! I will cherish this ring for decades. Thank you!
