  Hello, the seller was descriptive enough of this item arriving no problem, but however, there was an issue the way the speakers got packed, and during transit, one of the speakers connecting terminals got broken off, I contacted the seller about this in great detail, and agreed to refund a partial refund on this, I think I can fix this with a steady hand, but I thank the seller for stepping up to the plate in doing this for me. James

  A++++ seller!! The delicate ornaments arrived fast, in perfect condition and just as described. I had a few questions regarding their condition and the seller responded immediately with additional pictures, great detail and honest feedback. Most importantly, after realizing that I’d been looking for these for a few years, she kindly added an additional one, taking from her personal collection - free of charge! So incredibly kind and helpful! I couldn’t be happier and truly appreciate everything!

  So beautiful, definitely needs a washing but seller advised they do not have a zipper, so I had already researched and anticipated washing. Great packing and shipping and value. Great seller!

  Although my purchase arrived broken, the seller immediately refunded my purchase price. The item was well packaged however the shipper must have roughly handled the package. Thank you barfly42 for such a quick response and resolution to this unfortunate situation.
