  The seller was friendly, and the price for the set was good. Unfortunately, four precious pieces, including both the sugar bowl and the creamer, arrived badly broken. The box was not damaged in any way, so the items were not safely packed. The seller willingly negotiated with me to find a refund I was willing to accept. It was not a generous refund, but it was acceptable. The undamaged items are beautiful, and just as described.
