  Received item, it was obvious it had been opened & repackaged, security seal broken, product upside down in package. Packing tape all over on the box. See pics. . eBay’s “NEW” description, *item must be in the condition as if purchased from a retail store*, it wasn’t! (THEY LIED) . Seller they said they test every battery & repackage. I think it’s a LIE when they don’t divulge this information on a listing sold as “NEW”. I requested to be blocked. They haven’t. . Will not ever buy from again!¡!
