    It's easy to give positive reviews when everything goes right...but what about when they don't? That's when you really see the character of a seller. This one responded promptly to my inquiry and with the willingness to solve the problem. This spoke volumes to me about this seller. The parts were as described and shipping was fast. If opportunity presents itself, I would do business with this seller again.

    Great seller accepted my original offer. Great value for a quality serpentine belt. Belt is brand new and was shipped bubble wrapped envelope. Looks great. Unfortunately the USPS took 41.5 to get going in CA. After arriving in FL it took the USPS 55 hours to deliver. Not the sellers fault. Thanks for an otherwise perfect transaction.

    Package was delivered with nothing in it. It was lost out of package in shipping. No fault of the seller but the seller recent the order when I contacted them and told them what happened. Very good service, thank you.
