  Fast dispatch and delivered a day ahead of schedule. Cushion cover is well made with a decent, hidden zip. It is new, colour and fabric as described. It arrived unpacked and scrunched up, shoved in the parcel bag with the other part of my order. The creases should fall out over time. Overall, good value although attention to packing could be better to avoid item damage in transit (eg, crushing of the velvet style fabric).

  Love this rug.Right size,right colour.good quality& amazing price.Excellent communication with the seller.Tracked on internet,sms to phone to advise delivery that day.Sms again when it arrived.Went outside& delivery driver was there7 had put the rug in a safe place outside.The rug was well wrapped& delivery time was rapid.This seller knows how to give customer satisfaction!Very well done & thx Ann

  Good value, decent quality. As described. More importantly, initial parcel was mislaid by the courier but the seller communicated the problem before I realised there was one. Offered an immediate replacement in other colours/refund as the initial item had gone out of stock and my requested replacement order was received within days. Excellent service, would absolutely recommend.
