The packaging was careful and ensured that the item arrived in the condition described. The boxes are still sealed and look as if I walked into a store in Japan and purchased them myself. The pricing was very competitive making the purchase a good value. The item was of the quality and appearance described in the listing.

  Package arrived in fantastic condition and extremely quick! The seller was very pleasant and kept me well informed on the delivery process. The price was fantastic as well especially after dealing with all these scalpers anymore! I even pulled my chase card from the set! I highly recommend this seller for future purchases especially with the quality and care this seller provided.

  The Japanese pokemon boxes came sealed and was packaged well. Looked good. Also considering it was coming from Japan is was shipped and received very quickly. thank you! Also although I'm not a fan of the high price of the pokemon market at the moment, this transaction was very smooth and I would do business with this vendor again. :)

  One of my worst experiences on eBay. I received the product opened and with a broken box. The seller promised a partial refund but backed out after learning I had paid customs and import fees. They demanded a positive review before resolving anything. The responses were repetitive, like from a bot. I did everything they asked: photos, videos, weighing the product... I even answered personal questions to justify myself. Terrible treatment and awful service. I will never buy from them again.

  I was talking to a silly buyer about partial refunds, but the refund amount was so high that I asked for a return, and the buyer got angry. Incidentally, I have not received any personal information necessary for the return from the buyer. I will never ship to Spain again.
