  I ordered my product and it said should arrive about week or so but after I ordered the time changed to past 20 days so I kept in contact with owner and he worked with me and said if item didn't arrive by a certain date that he would re ship the item The item never came and true to his word re shipped and In about a week I got the second shipment. This is a solid company and a solid owner and he listened to my concerns and assure me the whole time he would make sure I got what I paid for

  Excellent customer service & Fast shipping - I purchased item on a Saturday and it was here in 2 days on Monday afternoon. Came faster than a prime package I ordered! The seller was great at addressing my concerns of my item arriving on time for a birthday gift. The person I gifted this Hello Kitty Hawaii bag to received this very positively.
