  Seller shipped my item very quickly. It arrived beatifully packaged. The braclet was exactly as descripbed and pictured, and was in perfect condition. I was very happy with my purchase and with my expericence with this seller. I would highly reccomend.

  Good transaction. Item arrived mostly as described (one of the wings of hair broke off in transport, but it was an easy fix). All good, though: the packaging seemed adequate, so maybe it happened when I opened the box. Anyway, great transaction and good price!

  So sorry that this happened - first time that I have had one damaged. I would send another, but that was my last one. If you still have packaging, the angel was insured. The USPS requires photos of packaging and a photo of the item
