Refunded, shipped anyway. Sweater is soft cashmere. Will donate to MGH Breast Cancer Center as many get sudden chemo chills. Truly the best in Ebay when item is damaged & not noticed when listing - refund first, email the buyer of damage & send anyway. Would buy from this seller again.
