The bag tore in transit. Pro tip: double bag next time. Otherwise a great buying experience! Fortunately no damage to item, it was as described 🙂

    Item arrived and itemnisnjisy as was shown in photos seller posted. So far, I'm loving my new Hoka shoes! Shipping was around $10, arrived via FedEx. So far, I believe I would buy from this seller again. Shoes were secured ok in shipping box. Half price for hardly used Hokas, what more could one ask for? ;) Thanks so much :)

    Disappointed to see the fabric shoe was just thrown in a plastic bag which ripped- It was not wrapped in tissue and now has a permanent black mark where the bag ripped during shipping. Please use a tiny bit of care for the next customer and protect this expensive pair of shoes from shipping damage. I can't recommend doing business with this shipper ever again because of this. I am so disappointed!
