  the item is a phenomenal product, great value, well packaged in appearance and condition. after receiving the item and discovering it was not what was listed, reached out to vendor. their reply was immediate and professional. snafu was a UPC error. they offered 2 options for resolving the issue. i indicated my preference. if in future, vendor is offering what i am looking for, i certainly would do business with them again. thank you to Modsnap for their attention this matter..

  This was a great experience with a seller I had not purchased from previously. The seller took great care packing my item, and it arrived in perfect condition. No tape or plastic on the item's box, but every tube is there and unused. It was a great price on a quality item. I got it at a reasonable price from this seller.   The shoes arrived quickly and carefully packaged. They were just as described. Unfortunately, they did not fit and I was so sad to have to return them. The seller issued a refund very quickly. I will definitely shop with this seller again as they are focused on great customer service!

  Great value! Item was exactly as described, functions perfectly, and packaged well. There was a snag with shipping but the seller proactively and quickly resolved it while being communicative the whole way.
