  There was an issue with the first package getting lost by ups. A replacement seat was immediately sent out via different shipper. The seat was exactly as advertised and their customer service was awesome. Would definitely buy from this company again.

  Part arrived damaged from shipping. Reported it to the seller. Good communication. They shipped another one right away after a few conversations. Next one came next day. Box was damaged again but not the part this time. Thanks for your efforts to make this right. Turned a not so good experience into a good one.
