Depending on the USPS clerk, you may get a return for postage w/nonmachinable. I have had the same issue with shipping coins. It was in the usual packaging for ESE. The coin was as described, and, I believe, quite reasonably priced.

When I asked for combined shipping on this and another coin, I was told it was not a problem. Things "slipped through the crack" on the refund for shipping and when I contacted Quality Coins about it, rather than just refund the shipping for the other coin, the seller refunded the entire price of the coin (including shipping). I've bought from them before, and I am looking forward to doing business with them again. Thank you!!!
