  This person is drop-shipping through Amazon. So, the item was exactly as described and came - in the Amazon packaging - on time. That said, I would have paid half the price if I had just looked and purchased the deck directly from Amazon. I can't blame someone for wanting to make an extra buck, but I'll never order an eBay item again without looking it up on Amazon first.

  I love HSI straightener. But this seller advertised it as NEW and sent a used straightener. I sent the seller a message yesterday but have not had a response. I have another one that I have had for several years and love it. So I wanted the same item. The one I received was in a box but it is clearly NOT new. It has been used for quite some time. New electronics' power cord has a fixed pattern. This cord has been left open for awhile. It is scratched and smells odd.
