  Seller quickly shipped item from Japan. Bag was as described. Seller agreeable to offers and we came to a good price for both. Seller also packaged item well and sent with Loewe dust bag. Would purchase from the seller again.

  The quality of the bag is amazing and exactly as it appeared online. My issue is shipping took a long time to the point I attempted to cancel my order. One I requested to cancel, the seller denied and shipped the bag the following day or two. Once the bag arrived to the US I was surprised w/ an addition $113 duty fee. Shipping was through DHL, the purchase price of the bag was under $600; I’ve order other things internationally w/ DHL shipping that have cost less more & wasn’t charged duties.

  Purchased item 12 days ago. Inquired 10 days in about a shipping date. Seller response is item is “missing from warehouse” & tells me I can choose to “wait or cancel the order”. Seller takes no responsibility. Buyer beware. Horrible experience.
