I had a issue as the bag came with markings that weren’t disclosed on the listing. I reached out to their customer service and they were polite understanding and they gave me a partial refund and I would definitely work with them again. Only thing I would know is I hope that they start disclosing wear and tear issues on the bags they sell if any so the seller is aware and then can make a decision on whether they want the bag or not before it arrives at their house

Seller quickly shipped item from Japan. Bag was as described. Seller agreeable to offers and we came to a good price for both. Seller also packaged item well and sent with Loewe dust bag. Would purchase from the seller again.

The bag arrived quickly despite the international shipping, was well-packaged and undamaged, and seemed to be as described, or in even better condition than I was expecting based on the photos. I feel that it was a good value for the money!

The quality of the bag is amazing and exactly as it appeared online. My issue is shipping took a long time to the point I attempted to cancel my order. One I requested to cancel, the seller denied and shipped the bag the following day or two. Once the bag arrived to the US I was surprised w/ an addition $113 duty fee. Shipping was through DHL, the purchase price of the bag was under $600; I’ve order other things internationally w/ DHL shipping that have cost less more & wasn’t charged duties.
