They ship via UPS which is worse than snail mail, it took 10+ days to arrive, item sat in Jacksonville for over 35 hours and then no updates for 3 days. 5 plus stars for everything except shipping which I give 1 star. Model Train Market please change to a different shipper. I have ordered multiple times and have had the same results on shipping.

It was shipped in secure packaging to prevent any postal mishandling damage. It was shipped promptly, but there was delivery update from USPS tracking that I received that was ambiguous, providing incorrect information. This was not the fault of the seller, who I had contacted to see if they saw the same thing I did. They replied promptly and I was satisfied with their response.
