    Item cleared customs (US) on March 24th and tracking went dark and still is. Seller did everything possible from the UK to assist and eventually refunded me since the item had not arrived. Today April 5th, package was at my door. Excellent communication with seller throughout this debacle, Ebay customer service was of no help even though "Tracking is always included so you can track your item right to your door" is proudly stated as an advantage when their Global Shipping Program is used.

    Postage and packaging was both efficient and swift. It was better than as described and represents great value for money. I would wholeheartedly recommend this seller and their items without hesitation. It was both a stress free and pleasurable buying experience. This loco is in mint condition and has obviously been looked after.

    Arrived very quickly and was brilliantly wrapped and boxed so arrived in great condition. Exactly as described, and I manged to get it running again after some fiddling, so I'm extremely pleased with my purchase. Good communications. Great seller.
