  Excellent customer service!!! I had reached out to this seller on another item to see if it was available for an iPhone 16 Pro, and was told to send them a note asking for that model. I included that in my notes to seller, but unfortunately I received the wrong model. When I contacted the seller about it, they immediately shipped me the correct cases without waiting for me to return the "wrong" ones. Great quality case and absolutely stunning artwork.

  I received my phone cover but it was the wrong color. I communicated with the seller stating my cell phone order was wrong. I offered to return the cover the seller was very kind to refund my money back to me and also let me keep the cover.

  TERRIBLE SELLER!!! DO NOT BUY!!!! First off, I admit that I accidentally ordered the wrong phone case. However, within SECONDS of purchasing, I IMMEDIATELY sent MULTIPLE messages requesting the correct case, I even sent one WITH THE ORDER!!!! So, there's no way they couldn't have seen the message WHEN they recieved the order. 3 DAYS LATER, they send me a message informing me that they purposely shipped the wrong phone case anyways, and that I could NOT return it. SCAMMERS AND LIARS!! DO NOT BUY!
