    This item arrived about a week overdue. It turned out it had incorrect postage. I payed £3/50 delivery charge. However I will not be to critical. The vendor has stayed in touch and an agreement on a second parcel to replace the late one will be agreed. Item well packed and good value for money. Brand new condition and quality.

    Very fast dispatch and a good price, but unfortunately it was faulty. The sellers response was fast and positive, with great communication, though unfortunately they did not have another suitable item and a refund was issued without argument. I would be happy to buy other items from them.

    well packaged using reused cardboard, no plastic ,polystyrene or waste all recycled. Good price and arrived on time. Excellent seller.

    Hi, There is a problem as I've received to order on 3rd April, which is perfect for what I want to do with it. However, I report 'none delivery' on 31st March and had an email to say a refund would be given. Since I now have the order can the refund be cancelled? Sid.
