  Good communication. Fast delivery. As described, but boxed model was shipped loose inside outer box without packing, sliding around inside during shipping. No real damage other than minor scuffing to box.

  Although the seller did send a slightly different backpack than I had ordered the seller was very responsive and offered a discount for the mistake (could have also send back for full refund but I needed the backpack within days). So all in all a good experience!
