    I was sent a slightly damaged photoetch fret and politely requested a small refund as well as the return of my shipping cost on this order, It was sent in the same package as a larger item which I purchased simultaneously. The item that I was sent was clearly not the one pictured in the auction. The seller not only sent me an inferior item, but appears to make a profit on surplus shipping cost as well. I will happily correct this feedback if they work to solve my issue.

    Hello, I cannot understand your problem, but I want to help. Please say me, what was wrong. You buy this articels and pay them. Before you havn´t ask for a invoice for all together. Also you send no mail for correct this. Also I cannot understand not correct picture. Please explain. If all is not correct, please send back an we will make full refund.

    Schade, dass man bei gleichzeitiger Bestellung von zwei Artikeln, die in einem Karton geliefert werden, auch zweimal Versandkosten bezahlen muss.
