  Absolute nightmare! First, the seller contacts me to say the item is "out of stock." Then I get a message from FedEx that it's "out for delivery." I them get another message from the seller stating the item the supposedly never had, got lost in transit. After following up with FedEx, apparently they put the wrong address on the package and lied from the beginning! This was for my daughter for our beach trip, if they had been honest to begin with, I could've gotten it from another seller on time!

  Never received but showed delivered and my money was refunded to me right away without me communicating so that’s positive. Unfortunately, I still needed the product, but they are an honest seller.

  Product is fine. They however did not package it correctly. It was in a box with no padding and not wrapped up. The pump is broken and some product was lost. It would have been perfect had they taken care to package correctly. Luckily I still have my previous bottle and I can use the pump from that one. So I did take off one star because of the condition of the product. Be more careful.
