  we had an issue with the item being lost in transit. Had great communication with the seller who took responsibility for the issue and offered to refund. We asked for it to be replaced and change the shipping to courier which we offered to pay for. Sender agreed and upgraded shipping at no cost to us. Definitely would use again.
