I had mistakenly ordered the wrong one, they put the order on hold and using my reg number they found the right one for my vehicle, cancelled and refunded for the wrong order - absolutely fantastic customer service.

Contacted seller, and the dialogue was proceeding well. Then due to a set of unfortunate circumstances, the dialogue ended. Ebay was contacted and a refund was arranged. This was expedited in a timely manner. MK Tuning 1 did contact me again and explained what had happened, but by then the refund process had been initiated. I have no problem with the company at all - as I said, it was just unfortunate.
