    I have made multiple purchases from this seller. The value is excellent and the articles are placed at a cost that makes multiple purchases possible. The shipping and packaging was very secure . It arrived as described. The articles in the baggies are in the pictures.

    Shipping was on time. Packing was awesome. Figure was exactly described. Seller included a bonus figure with my Han Solo purchase. I was extremely surprised that a bonus figure was included. Needless to say, It made my day, week, and for sure year.

    Collectible item arrived with damaged Funko box & was ordered as a gift for a collector who displays in the orig Funko box. Contacted seller & explained & showed photos of damage & he offered a 2¢ discount (yes, 2 cents) on this $21 order (over $10 was packing & shipping). I declined this absurd & insulting "offer" & was left with an item that couldn't be given & had to reorder same item elsewhere. The shipping box wasn't damaged at all, so had to be packed that way or damaged by pkg paper.

    The pics show no damage. The post office says there is no damage after reviewing the pics. The customer tried to use this as a tactic to get a reduced price and that is extortion. She got a fantastic 10 price and the only thing said should be thank you, but this is one of those people who use every angle they can
