  Great communication, and super fast delivery from Japan. The item arrived brand new in the original box, unopened (thus the five stars) however there was some damage (which clearly happened in manufacturing). They promptly contacted me offering a full and complete refund, or the option of a deep discount to keep the item. More than fair. Would absolutely do business with them again. A+

  It arrived 3 days ahead of schedule thanks to FedEx,. It was very well packed, and double boxed, so undamaged. I have opened the AOR box and as far as I can see it is complete, as it will be some weeks before I will be erecting it on a new mast. So I am very pleased with my purchase and will buy more from this guy in the future. Complements to him on his clear communications and English. And Happy New Year, (dja.)

  BAIT AND SWITCH, buyer beware. Seller used photos of and advertised an analog BOSS CH-1. When it arrived the serial number was different than in the photos and I received a much less valuable digital CH-1. Seller admitted in our messages that they did not have the analog pedal on hand. Seller refunded the item, but would not compensate me for the $16 I had to pay in import fees. Total waste of my time. Broken english, difficult communication. Item was packed well. Shipping was reasonably fast.
