  I just got my latch hook kit! The box was a little beat up but inside everything was just as described. The seller was willing to work with me which I appreciated. When you order from her you can be confident you’ll get what you pay for! I made this for exact same rug for my son when he was young, but he no longer has his, it was lost in a move, now that he’s about to have a baby, I’m looking forward to making it for her too!

  Order to receipt of item was easy and speedy. The casserole arrived intact, although the "FRAGILE" notice on the box was clearly ignored, the contents were bubble wrapped then wrapped in paper. The piece was as described, though larger than I expected (I ordered it to replace a piece I've had for 35 years, which cracked). It's in excellent condition.
