    Everything was packed so well it could not have been damaged the shipping was fed ex 3 day, it was exactly as described no surprises other than the drone needed to be unbound from the former owners account I had purchase receipts from eBay but DJI required a letter from the seller. I notified them sent them a sample letter from DJI, in 15 minutes I had the letter and they apologized for the error, awesome customer service had it bound in my name in the following time it took to call DJI

    I love my ring, it’s beautiful. It wasn’t completely as described I had to have 18 prongs repaired, 2 cracks repaired. The value has increased with the amount of repairs I’ve had to make. The shipping was great it went from the seller to be authenticated. The packaging was beautiful and made me feel special it was packaged from the eBay Authenticator in a box with bag and documents. I purchased the warranty from Allstate and thought it would help me, that was a BIG NO! But I love my Ring!!

    I purchased a Fujifilm camera and it was shipped promptly. I had a problem with the camera and contacted the seller. I described the nature of the problem and requested a refund. He courteously replied and initiated my request. I was quickly refunded. I thought the seller was efficient and professional during the transaction. I would not hesitate to do business with this seller again.
