The pamphlet is 5 3/8" wide and 8 1/2" high. It is a tri-fold pamphlet and when opened is 16" wide.

The item was as pictured (color and pattern). The issue I ran into was that the item said it was pre pasted, therefore I thought it was a peel and stick border, so I did not have any adhesive. I had to purchase wallpaper adhesive to use the item. Second issue is that the wallpaper had shrinkage (top portion from middle to the end of the roll). This caused the border to be misaligned and go in an upwards motion instead of straight across the wall. It also wouldn’t lay flat due to shrinkage.

Hi - Sorry you had issues with this. Pre-Pasted wallpaper glue is normally activated with water so not sure why you needed wallpaper paste. As the package had never been opened I certainly don't know about any shrinkage. However, If you are that unhappy, I will offer a refund on the product if that is what you want.
