  Item arrived functional and as described. Really not happy with the shipping process. You charged $75.00 shipping, printed the label on 7/12, then dropped the item off on 7/18. I finally received the item on 7/28. I realize you can't control the speed of the USPS, but you can get the item to the post office more expeditiously. You could also have used another shipping company and paid the few extra dollars it would have cost, and still made a killing on the shipping!

  Great shopping experience! The seller responded quickly to a question I had about the item and it arrived fast. It looked even nicer in person and fit well too! I didn't even look at the color listed in the auction description - I thought it was dark gray due to the lighting in the photos, so I was happily surprised to see the hoodie was black. Absolute impulse buy and 100% love it! I hope to shop with this seller again! I'm happy to have a big comfy oversized hoodie in my closet for the winter.
