  One of the better eBay buying experiences I've had in a long time. Great communication and very pleasant to deal with. Everything arrived in great condition and shipped unbelievably quick. I paid while I was on lunch at work and by my next break it was already accepted by the post office. Everything works perfectly and at an unbelievable price. Don't waste your money buying Hue products new. Save a bunch of money and buy from this seller. You wont be disappointed.

  We seemed to have miscommunication from the start. We didn’t break the item, but of course there is no way to prove that. From his perspective, he thinks we did and lied about it. I can understand that this may happen from time to time. I don’t have an explanation as to why the screen was broken. There is nothing more to say or do but to just move on. This seller had a high rating so I’m sure this is a blip and generally things arrive in good condition. I regret the whole situation.
